The program is designed for French-speaking individuals, especially adults and seniors aged 50 and older, who face difficulties accessing health information or navigating the healthcare system, and who encounter challenges related to language, health conditions, or any other barriers affecting their health and well-being.

In collaboration with partners, the program aims to provide tailored health information, promote preventive health measures, self-management practices, healthy eating, active living, as well as a better understanding of mental health and addictions, etc.

Individuals can obtain information, among other things, through two meet-up groups (FREE). These groups allow participants to build connections, break isolation, and interact with their peers in French, while receiving information about their overall health and support tailored to their needs.

“Coming to the group feels like being on vacation. I really enjoy it and feel relaxed while learning very good things.”
