Seniors’ Wrap Around
The objective of WrapAround program is to support senior individuals age 55 plus to live independently and integrated in the community. The program targets not only health concerns but also all aspects that could affect the life of a senior person (emotional support, financial, social, family support, spirituality, housing, educational, among others).

Primary Care
Our Primary Care team works together to keep you as healthy as possible. Care is provided by registered nurses, registered practical nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, physicians, a community dietitian, and physiotherapists. Systems Navigation & Intake Coordination

MyCare – HIV Treatment Program
The MyCare HIV Treatment Program is a collaborative partnership between the London InterCommunity Health Centre and St. Joseph’s Infectious Diseases Care Program (IDCP). Options Clinic – Anonymous HIV Testing
The Options Clinic offers free, rapid, and anonymous HIV testing to individuals at increased risk of HIV. Our aim is to make HIV testing accessible and stigma-free for those who might otherwise delay or avoid it.
