We provide ID services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Clients may be asked to bring OW/ODSP statements to qualify.
What We Offer
- Health Cards: Form provided to take to Service Ontario (100 Dundas St.). A temporary card may be issued same-day; a permanent one arrives in 2–4 weeks.
- Birth Certificates: Our Same Day Community Workers can process all types of birth certificate applications.
- Ontario: ~8–10 weeks
- Out-of-province: ~12–16 weeks
- Permanent Resident Cards – by appointment only
- Citizenship Cards – by appointment only
- Affidavits – by appointment only (SIN required)
Please Note: We do not assist with:
- Passports (Cherryhill Mall, 301 Oxford St.)
- Ontario Photo ID Cards (Service Ontario)
- Status Cards (contact your Band Office)
- SIN Numbers (Service Canada, 457 Richmond St.)
- Driver’s Licences (Service Ontario)
