Health and Housing is a free, welcoming, and informative program that brings community health promotion to the Argyle neighbourhood. Each session is designed to support well-being, build social connections, and improve access to local services in a relaxed, community-oriented setting.

This program offers a safe and inclusive space for participants to learn about health topics, access local supports, and build relationships with neighbours. Each week explores a different theme related to health and community life.

Participants are welcome to attend as often as they like and are not required to commit to every session.
