Women of the World (WOW) supports immigrant and newcomer women in building social connections, navigating life in London, and promoting their own health and well-being. The program focuses on:
- Reducing barriers to integration
- Increasing experiences of inclusion and community support
- Building leadership capacity among immigrant women
Support Groups
- Led by trained peer leaders, WOW support groups provide a welcoming space for women to:
- Promote mental and physical well-being
- Build friendships and community
- Share lived experiences
- Learn about Canadian culture
- Access resources for education, employment, or entrepreneurship

| Multicultural Group | Central Public Library | 2nd & 4th Saturday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM |

Seniors French Health Promotion Program
The program is designed for French-speaking individuals, especially adults and seniors aged 50 and older, who face difficulties accessing health information or navigating the healthcare system, and who encounter challenges related to language, health conditions, or any other barriers affecting their health and well-being.
